Join our Crew! NewRocket is looking for a strategic and knowledgeable Sales Leader to lead and oversee a high-performing ServiceNow Sales team on the East Coast. The Sales Leader will be responsible for leading and developing a results-driven ServiceNow Sales team in establishing and cultivating strong business relationships with our clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years selling within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Minimum of 8 years originating, shaping & closing complex customer transformation solutions in Cloud Applications, Platforms & Digital, for a major global consulting firm or boutique consulting firm
  • Minimum of 2 years selling multi-tenant cloud solutions
  • Proven Sales leadership capabilities, and ability to lead teams and gain consensus
  • Proven ability to proactively collaborate and build relationships, take initiative, and creatively problem solve
  • Ability to lead and manage to ensure attainment of critical results
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor in a strategic partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to meet business unit sales objectives
  • Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation level, ideally higher
  • Strong background in Service Management
  • Knowledge of the marketplace and delivery of SaaS solutions
  • Drives high-value Multi-Tower Deals
  • Experience with senior executive client relationship building and relationship management
  • Experience in managing and navigating Salesforce enterprise

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and expand strong relationships with key ServiceNow leadership in the region to ensure alignment on key business strategies
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Sales, Solutions Architects and Solutions teams to achieve Service goals and attainment of targets
  • Establish and cultivate a solid working relationship with clients. Lead, collaborate and participate with Sales on client sales calls, services estimates and sales / client strategies with β€œC” suite level leadership
  • Serve as executive sponsor for services engagements to ensure proper customer and NewRocket alignment, along with an authoritative escalation path to resolve conflicts and issues quickly
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and other projections as required
  • Regular cadence with Sales and Services Leadership on staffing plans and pipeline
  • Own and manage client satisfaction and loyalty within your territory. Proactively resolve issues, as necessary
  • Act as subject matter expert on ServiceNow Solutions offerings and capabilities and educate sales teams as needed
