- With a proven track record in a full-cycle sales role over the past 24–36 months, you're not just an individual contributor; you're currently leading a team of Account Executives, inspiring and coaching them to exceed their targets
- You excel in a highly autonomous, asynchronous environment where you’re empowered to make decisions using a first-principles, data-driven approach
- Your strategic mindset and self-starter attitude mean you can thrive without constant oversight, distilling complex data into actionable insights that propel your team to success
