Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with consumer electronics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Self-starter and goal-oriented
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and account plans to drive sales growth
- Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies to the unique characteristics of your target market
- Conduct negotiations with partners and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached
- Drive the sales process from first contact to closing and meet or exceed sales goals
- Work seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing and sales support, to ensure partner needs are met and a best-in-class customer experience
- Deeply understand Cricut products and how they fit the creative needs of your craft/DIY partners
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Cricut products to potential partners
