Requirements
- 3+ years directly managing employees of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a transactional, short sales-cycle competitive SMB & MM market
- You’ve built teams, and you get energy from designing new customer journeys and playbooks
- You have a proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
- You’ve built clear and measurable KPIs for teams you have managed and you have delivered consistently against those KPIs
- You’ve built successful cross-functional partnerships with Customer Success and Sales to deliver a great customer experience
- You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
- Experience in a global payroll sales environment
Responsibilities
- Hire and lead a highly engaged, high-performing team of Global Payroll AE’s (Solution Consultants)
- Deliver the number: Empower the team to meet or exceed monthly quota targets and forecast with accuracy
- Coach: Our team is growing and full of individual contributors looking to get better at their craft day in, and day out. You will be directly responsible for coaching and developing the GP AE through training, 1x1s, role plays, and strategy sessions
- Drive sales excellence: Global Payroll is the fastest-growing product at deel. We add hundreds of new customers every month so it’s critical that you help us run a tight, repeatable, and effective sales motion
- Lead through change: The only constant here is change. You will be responsible for leading the team through that change providing clarity on the ‘why’ and then executing against the plan with urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- You thrive in unstructured environments and bringing order to chaos
- You are as excited about defining what to build as building and delivering training and enablement itself
- You are a “student of the sport” and spend your own time learning about the latest trends and best practices developing in SaaS Sales, and global payroll
- You have first hand experience in a high growth organization in this enablement capacity focused on sales process and execution
