Summary

Join the North American Small Business Segment at HubSpot as a Sales Manager! Lead and mentor a team of Growth Specialists, driving sales and achieving ambitious targets in a dynamic environment. This remote or Cambridge, MA-based role requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, along with experience in a structured sales setting. You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and supporting your team, leveraging data to improve performance. Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2-years experience effectively leading a successful team
  • Have experience in successfully mentoring and/or leading others effectively
  • Have experience leading a consultative sales process
  • Have experience using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Possess strong communication skills in written, verbal, and powerpoint forms

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of new and established Growth Specialist (Account Executives)
  • Drive improvement while navigating change and simultaneously winning
  • Create a culture of transparency and focused improvement while having fun and fostering a strong team environment
  • Leverage and communicate using data to improve core KPIs
  • Support salespeople in all aspects of the sales process and keep their team members accountable to KPIs that drive the business
  • Support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement
  • Attract, recruit, interview, and retain top talent
  • Be a passionate builder of diverse and inclusive teams

Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 170000-225000 USD Annually
  • Base salary
  • On-target commission for employees in eligible roles
