Requirements

• Accomplished in both individual and leadership in the mortgage industry with 4+ years of experience
• Proven track record of people management and sales coaching
• Ability to lead, motivate and bring out the best of those reporting to you
• Beacon of positivity, able to shine light during difficult times and find the opportunity in change
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage guidelines of financial institutions as well as monoline lenders

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring and management of an experienced team of mortgage brokers
• Developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies with your team to drive mortgage referrals
• Managing individual performance and workflows to maximize conversion and attainment of sales targets
• Collaborating and strengthening relationships with key partners stakeholders
• Managing rate, credit, and client experience escalations
• Liaising with internal operations teams to align on processes and expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the wealth management, financial services sector an asset
• Keen sense of adaptability in regards to process change and willingness to improve the way we work
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new platforms
