Requirements

  • Be a problem solver, use goal-oriented communication, and be able to handle objections
  • Be a persistent and determined personality who achieves goals even in complex legal and regulatory matters
  • Have strong assertiveness, strategic thinking, and planning skills
  • Ideally have experience in the healthcare industry
  • Be able to demonstrate sales success, process orientation, and CRM systematics experience
  • Master the German language at a native speaker level, both verbally and in writing, and have good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop your own regional approach to new customer business based on sales strategy
  • Set customer-specific, intelligent sales strategies and use generated leads independently
  • Expand our customer base and build a strong regional presence in your market
  • Win new customers and accompany the sales process until completion
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing campaigns
  • Participate with the team in tenders and represent Recare in bidder presentations
  • Conduct upselling and contract extensions
  • Advise our customers on technical and commercial matters
  • Conduct contract negotiations at C-level
  • Take responsibility for project monitoring in your region
  • Implement existing sales concepts
  • Take independent organization and documentation in the existing knowledge databases and CRM tools
