Requirements

• Native German speaker and fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German are essential
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in phone sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, quick learning, and a proactive attitude
• Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and address the unique needs of small businesses

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various communication and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Initiate inbound calls to small business owners in Germany to keep the business account opening on track
• Understand the unique banking requirements of potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs
• Stay informed about our banking products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for additional services
