Summary

- Proven Sales Expertise – 3+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams in growth-stage tech companies selling $1-10k MRR deals to SMB customers (with prior quota-carrying background a plus)
- Stellar Communication – you excel at both written and verbal communication, with an ability to share insights and feedback clearly and constructively
Responsibilities
- Lead & Empower: Guide a team of AEs to consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Be a Difference Maker: Whether it’s supporting live on prospect and customer calls, advising on deal strategy, or helping move things internally - you’re always finding ways to get involved doing things that drive revenue
- Mentor & Develop: Shadow calls, provide real-time coaching, and proactively surface growth opportunities for individual reps, all while championing a positive team culture
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with cross functional teams to support selling, onboarding and retaining customers with a world class customer experience
- Champion Innovation: Continually seek ways to elevate our offerings by contributing feedback on our product, operations, and overall vision for Smith.ai
Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference for Pacific and Mountain time zones
Benefits
- This is a full-time position with a base salary that ranges between $110,000 to $125,000 per year
- In addition to salary and commission (uncapped), you are eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and unlimited FTO
