Requirements
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Advanced degree a plus
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in enterprise sales, with a focus on technology solutions, ideally in AI or industrial software
- Experience in manufacturing or adjacent industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, or precision engineering strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing large, complex deals with major enterprises
- Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and moving prospects through structured engagement processes
- Ability to understand a client's needs and build tailored solutions, even with complex or unfamiliar technology areas
- Demonstrated success working with minimal supervision, taking initiative to drive results and meet targets
- Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline
- Comfortable managing various responsibilities and pivoting as needed in a dynamic startup environment
- Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams, including leadership in product and engineering, to drive deals to closure
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- A fast learner who can quickly grasp the nuances of Vision AI technology and adapt to changing client needs
Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise Sales Efforts: Engage with large manufacturing enterprises to help them understand how the companyβs Vision AI technology can modernize their defect detection and improve cost efficiency
- Enterprise Sales Cycle Management: Efficiently manage the sales cycles typical of enterprise-level deals, moving clients from education to adoption
- Drive Sales Process: Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, guiding clients through an in-depth sales process, ensuring clarity on our product value, and overcoming any potential obstacles
- Customer Consultation: Understand customer pain points, build strong relationships, and demonstrate how our AI solutions can solve their specific challenges, even if they are unfamiliar with AI
- Collaborative Selling: Work closely with CEO and internal product and technology teams to ensure resources are brought in at the right time during the sales process
- Tailor Solutions: Customize your approach based on industry needs and collaborate with product teams to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements
- Market Expertise: Stay up to date with AI advancements and manufacturing trends to communicate our competitive advantage to potential clients
