Summary

The Sales Factory is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and leadership experience to manage a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coaching role

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage a personal sales pipeline, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of AEs and BDRs, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Set and track individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive team success
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, ideally) and G-Suite
