Sales Manager

Requirements

• Solid experience in sales or client management, ideally in oil and gas
• Proven sales success, particularly in the European market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients to grow revenue and expand the client base
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with our client’s objectives for market penetration
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation to close
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the oil and gas sector
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market analysis to uncover business opportunities and revenue growth areas
• Collaborate with regional leadership to craft and implement tailored sales strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to strengthen competitive advantage
• Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on objectives and refine sales approaches
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance product quality and client service standards
• Analyze sales data, report on key metrics, and identify growth opportunities
• Use CRM and other tools to manage client interactions and track opportunities
• Generate insights from data to improve sales strategies
