Summary

Join Wing, a company that provides remote talent, as a Sales Manager to drive execution, enforce standards, and help sales representatives consistently meet quotas. This hands-on, middle management role involves directly managing a team of SDRs and/or AEs, ensuring accountability, enforcing the sales process, and developing representatives through structured feedback. You will be responsible for leading daily huddles, setting targets, reviewing dashboards, and managing rep progress. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and 1+ year managing a sales team, a strong understanding of outbound sales, and familiarity with Pipedrive, Fireflies, and Google Workspace. The role requires strong communication and accountability skills and the ability to work across time zones. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience; 1+ years managing a sales team or mentoring reps
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead conversion
  • Confident in giving clear, honest feedback—and holding people to it
  • Strong operator mindset: organized, action-oriented, and able to run a tight ship
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive, Fireflies, and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working across time zones (especially US or PH hours)

Responsibilities

  • Enforce Sales Process : Ensure reps follow our CRM workflow, follow-up structure, and call scripts. No skipping steps. No freelancing
  • Drive Accountability : Own rep performance. Monitor activity metrics, conversion rates, follow-up quality, and enforce weekly expectations
  • Coach for Growth : Provide structured feedback based on call reviews (Fireflies), email audits, and outcomes. Promote a growth mindset with high standards
  • Run the Day-to-Day : Lead daily huddles, set targets, review dashboards (Pipedrive), and manage rep progress with urgency
  • Remove Roadblocks : Identify performance issues early and take action—whether it’s additional training, call shadowing, or direct intervention
  • Improve Execution : Track conversion gaps and refine talk tracks, follow-up copy, and revival cadences. Collaborate with senior leadership to iterate quickly
  • Performance Reporting : Report weekly to the Head of Sales on KPIs, issues, and rep health. Own the story behind the numbers
