Requirements
- You have a strong background in telesales (this is a must!)
- You’ve already led a sales team for at least 2 years

- You’re fluent in sales concepts like lead generation, CRM, sales funnels and reporting
- You’re comfortable with data, but also a true people person

- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 telesales representatives
- Supporting the team in converting inbound leads into paying customers
- Defining sales targets and tracking team KPIs and overall performance
- Monitoring and improving sales processes through actionable insights
- Taking an active role in recruiting and onboarding new telesales talent
- Sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment
