Sales Manager

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a Sales Program Manager to lead and mentor a team of Loan Sales Specialists. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and supporting the team's professional growth. This remote contract/consultant position requires a strong background in U.S. mortgage or banking sales and excellent leadership, sales strategy, and performance management skills. The role involves implementing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular updates to senior management. You must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, or a Central American country. The position offers a USD salary and PTO.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English , with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in U.S. mortgage sales (5+ years)
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a sales environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Must be able to travel to the U.S. as needed
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
• You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Loan Sales Specialists to meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Ensure team members meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the Business Management Supervisor and Sales Manager to implement and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and oversee day-to-day sales activities
• Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales activity and market trends
• Act as the primary point of contact for the team of Loan Sales Executives
