Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of experience in sales support or sales operations roles
  • Have practical experience using CRM systems, with a solid understanding of their functionalities
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Possess excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and different levels of the organization
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall sales support within Salesforce, serving as the subject matter expert to SFDC Processes and connections between Marketing Tools and Sales Tools
  • Maintain knowledge system integrations within SFDC and other tools to ensure data integrity within accounts and opportunities specifically Gong Engage, Gong Call Intelligence, and Gong Forecasting
  • Understand and take in reporting requests to be processed by the data team to ensure we do not duplicate data requests and direct team members to the proper reports that meet their needs
  • Assist in complex quote building and serve as a QC expert to the quoting process
  • Independently develop accurate quotes and understand contract terms
  • Manage processes independently, make adjustments for improvement and automations, and ensure process compliance
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines
  • Assist with the completion of bids and contracts as needed and maintain understanding of current process to ensure timely execution
  • Report, audit, and communicate results and patterns in activity, tool adoption, and activity accuracy across the sales platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or related field
  • Have Salesforce experience
