Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a Sales Operations department
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with SQL
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the efficient execution of commercial strategies
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to facilitate decision-making
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and other sales platforms
- Monitor sales team performance and propose improvements based on data analysis
- Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at increasing sales team efficiency
- Identify and resolve operational issues in the sales cycle
