Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with SQL
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the efficient execution of commercial strategies
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to facilitate decision-making
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and other sales platforms
  • Monitor sales team performance and propose improvements based on data analysis
  • Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at increasing sales team efficiency
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in the sales cycle
