Requirements

Responsibilities

Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports
Evaluate and streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Recommend and implement sales operations best practices
Assist in the development and monitoring of sales forecasts and performance metrics, providing insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
Ensure accurate and effective use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), oversee data integrity and troubleshoot issues
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and other key metrics
Provide analytical support to the sales team, including ad-hoc analysis
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to inform sales operations strategies and initiatives
Lead or support special projects related to sales operations, such as system upgrades, process improvements, or new tool implementations

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools is preferred
