Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales, customer success roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate sales pitches and provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness
- Conduct coaching sessions and training workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system
- Monitor and maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating records and removing duplicates
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and KPIs
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
- Share insights and recommendations with their manager based on data analysis and sales team interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and track their impact
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and CRM best practices
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and the overall effectiveness of the sales operations function
