Sales Operations Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst with 5-7 years of experience. You will be responsible for supporting sales operations processes, utilizing Salesforce (SFDC), and collaborating with various teams. Key skills include Sales Operations, Salesforce, and Global Sales. You should have a basic understanding of lead generation, quoting, opportunity management, and contract management. Experience with SFDC case handling, process improvement, and UAT testing is essential. Proficiency in written and spoken English and the ability to create training materials are also required. Experience extracting sales reports is a must.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience
• Basic understanding of Sales Operations: Lead generation, Quoting, Opportunity Management, Renewals, Contract, Account & Territory Management
• Exposure to SFDC cases/ticket handling
• Hands-on experience in working with SFDC support team/IT
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience in extracting various sales operations related reports

Responsibilities

• Support sales operations processes
• Utilize Salesforce (SFDC)
• Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Engineering, IT, SFDC support)
• Handle SFDC cases/tickets; identify and remediate process and system gaps
• Work with SFDC support team/IT to get L1 fixes done immediately
• Vet proposed process & system enhancements and approve/decline based on best judgment
• Work with Engineering Team/IT during enhancement release and efficiently perform UAT and post-production tests; get bugs fixed on time and monitor the release
• Lead Sales Trainings and create training content (e.g., detailed content on released enhancements)
• Extract various sales operations related reports
