Sales Operations Associate

Summary

Join Future's Commercial division as a Commercial Operations Associate and play a meaningful role in order management, from proposals to billing. Collaborate with colleagues to manage inventory, contracting, sales order data, and resolve billing issues. Provide excellent client service internally and externally. This entry-level position offers a foundation in sales operations, strategy, technology, and lifecycle management. Requirements

• A desire to problem solve scalable processes that increase revenue
• An outstanding customer service ethic with an eye for business
• Digital experience, excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Bachelor’s degree with exceptional academic record
• Entry level experience required - ideal for someone post academic studies with a keen interest in a Sales or Media focused role

Responsibilities

• Handle orders from proposals through billing
• Manage inventory
• Handle contracting
• Maintain sales order data
• Resolve billing and revenue questions
• Provide superb client service to internal and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any relevant internships or customer facing roles during your studies or prior to applying
• Media or publishing company experience
