Summary

Speakeasy is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to streamline sales processes, support the sales team, and drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include sales process optimization, data analysis and reporting, territory management, sales forecasting and planning, and sales compensation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM system and have experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Document and analyze existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency
  • Develop and implement tools, resources, and training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive
  • Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales methodologies and frameworks for optimal performance
