Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company
- Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM system and have experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency
- Develop and implement tools, resources, and training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive
- Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales methodologies and frameworks for optimal performance
