Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales operations software and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools and software
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and policies to achieve market share, revenue, and margin goals
- Oversee deal strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize profitability
- Perform capacity planning to ensure the sales team is adequately resourced to meet targets
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Provide insights into customer and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions
- Prioritize sales projects based on potential impact and alignment with business goals
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions to support sales efforts
- Establish and maintain sales standards and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Manage budgetary controls to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
- Foster collaboration across multiple functions to drive business results and achieve sales objectives

- Base Salary Range - $130K – $150K
- Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara’s bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions
