Summary
The job is for a Senior Sales Operational Analyst at Futurae, a fast-growing Swiss Cybersecurity company. The role involves optimizing sales processes, performance metrics, managing commercial offers, data management and analysis, developing training programs, supporting the sales team, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 3- 5+ years' experience in B2B deal structuring, sales operations role, or related
- Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools and Google Drive
- Proficiency with CRM software i.e. Hubspot and other sales tool i.e. Lusha LI Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize deal structures and sales processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in English (any additional language like German, Italian, or French is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and contracts effectively
- Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently, get feedback, and find solutions
Responsibilities
- Optimize processes
- Performance Metrics and Forecasting
- Owing sales quotes process and commercial documentation
- Overseeing creation and delivery of proposals
- Data Management and Analysis
- Developing, and implementing Training Programs and Onboarding Process Management
- Support Sales Team
- Coordinate and facilitate regular sales training sessions
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation and nurturing strategies
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to sales operations and CRM management
