Responsibilities

  • Bring expertise and analytical skills to improve sales results
  • Implement and manage CRM system, Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, processes, and workflows
  • Analyze sales data, forecast and generate reports
  • Manage lead generation and qualification process
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals
  • Partner with marketing team to create collateral based on customer needs
  • Identify and implement new sales technologies to improve efficiencies, ie: Hubspot, AI
