Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with sales & marketing tools such as Gong, Marketo, Salesforce, and other systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to train and enable sales teams on the effective use of technology and sales processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, adoption, and management of sales enablement tools (Gong, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to improve sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the utilization of sales tools and ensure alignment with overall sales goals
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales analytics and reporting dashboards to monitor performance metrics
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team effectively leverages sales enablement tools
  • Manage data integrity within Salesforce and other systems to ensure accurate reporting and data
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation and nurturing campaigns with sales strategies
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, scripts, and presentations to support sales activities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities
