The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales process, collaborate with various teams, perform analyses, and ensure compliance. Fluency in French is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field is required, with 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, finance, or a related field.

• Fluency in French and English is required

Responsibilities

• Ensure deal input and closure processes adhere to commercial guidelines and support sales activities
• Manage deal structure, pricing, products, amendments, and contract reviews
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales leadership, Finance, and Contracts Administration to govern business requirements and processes
• Support the implementation of systems or tools for the Sales Operations team
• Perform analysis and report outcomes to optimize processes and scale the business

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are advantageous
