Sales Operations Specialist in Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Sales Operations Specialist at CyberRisk Alliance, a remote or NYC-based cybersecurity media and events company. The role involves driving sales effectiveness by managing key operations processes, ensuring contract accuracy, and contributing to the shaping of the sales culture. The candidate should have 2+ years of sales operations experience, be familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce and Monday.com, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• 2+ years sales operations experience, ideally with direct customer experience
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce a plus
• Experience with Monday.com
• Bias toward process and organization
• Light analytics/reporting experience
• Experience with Excel (advanced-beginner+)

Responsibilities

• Validate and approve all orders for accuracy in reporting and invoicing
• Manage Monday.com inventory boards
• Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team
• Stay on top of revenue changes and approvals
• Process order changes
• Assist sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM data integrity
• Work with finance team on various sales-related tasks such as invoicing, usage, and client relations

• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation

Benefits

Compensation range: $50,000 to $60,000 (NYC only)
