Responsibilities

• Oversee sales tooling & troubleshooting efforts for Sales Executives and BDRs (SFDC, Clari, HubSpot)
• Responsible for sales territory design and implementation
• Support sales origination and pipeline development data requests
• Focus on continuous improvement through data analysis, pipeline and lead management, deal optimization, communication, and reporting
• Partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and business development reps to drive the run-the-business cadence as it relates to lead gen, pipeline and forecasting analytics, and business trends and analysis
• Lead sales performance management analysis and reporting for pipeline management and execution against targets, including forecasting and quarterly and annual planning
