Summary
Join CyberRisk Alliance as a Sales Operations Specialist, contributing to sales effectiveness and customer experience. You will report to the Sales Operations Manager and collaborate with various teams. Responsibilities include contract validation, data integrity maintenance, CRM management, and reporting. This remote or NYC-based role requires 2+ years of sales operations experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus), and experience with Monday.com. Requirements
- 2+ years sales operations experience, ideally with direct customer experience
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce a plus
- Experience with Monday.com
- Bias toward process and organization
- Light analytics/reporting experience
- Experience with Excel (advanced-beginner+)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation
- Ability to adapt to a fast-pace environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving all orders to ensure accuracy for reporting and invoicing
- Manage Monday.com inventory boards
- Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team
- Stay informed about revenue changes and approvals
- Process order changes
- Assist sales and marketing teams to ensure our CRM has accurate data
- Work with the finance team on various sales-related tasks such as invoicing, usage and client relations
