Requirements

You have 7+ years of prior experience, including 4+ years in Strategy / Business Operations within a high growth company, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Venture Capital

Responsibilities

  • Build a center of excellence (COE) around metrics and KPI reporting, and delivery of actionable insights for the Sales and Post-Sales organizations
  • Drive in-depth business performance analysis and narrative development for Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth
  • Facilitate inspection of pipe generation efforts at every level of the Sales organization by delivering clear targets and instrumentation, and ensuring an effective leadership operating rhythm
  • Orchestrate many aspects of annual Go-To-Market planning
  • Support the business and executive team on ad-hoc strategic questions and initiatives
