Requirements

• Obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess strong communication skills
• Be organized
• Be self-motivated
• Be proactive in problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products
• Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products
• Build your own team and obtain contractual ownership of your own agency (optional)

Previous sales experience (not required for hire)
