The position requires 1-2 years of US logistics sales experience, proficiency in TMS and relevant software, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics sales on the US market
  • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management software and other relevant software
  • Experience in the US logistics, transportation, or SaaS sales is a MUST
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and outreach
  • Ability to adapt and grow into higher segments based on performance
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and qualify potential customers
  • Prospect for smaller fleets and create new opportunities
  • Conduct product demos and explain the value of our Carrier TMS
  • Close deals and contribute to monthly revenue goals
  • Work closely with senior sales reps on larger opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline progress
