Sales Representative

Join Zelh, a fast-growing outsourcing company, as a Sales Representative and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will vary based on fleet size, focusing on either securing appointments for senior reps (15+ trucks) or managing the full sales cycle (under 15 trucks). This role offers significant professional development opportunities. You will engage with leads, conduct product demos, close deals, and maintain accurate records. The position requires 1-2 years of US logistics sales experience, proficiency in TMS and relevant software, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics sales on the US market
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management software and other relevant software
• Experience in the US logistics, transportation, or SaaS sales is a MUST
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and outreach
• Ability to adapt and grow into higher segments based on performance
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and qualify potential customers
• Prospect for smaller fleets and create new opportunities
• Conduct product demos and explain the value of our Carrier TMS
• Close deals and contribute to monthly revenue goals
• Work closely with senior sales reps on larger opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline progress
