• At least 3 years experience in a sales role, ideally within the IT or software industry
• A proven track record of identifying and converting leads into sales opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve compliance issues while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in BI tools like Power BI
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
