Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Present the company, its history, its culture, its strategy, and all associated skills
  • Manage our 'customer' database and propose a global strategy based on quantifiable objectives and the means to achieve them
  • Organize work time according to priorities defined to achieve own goals and those defined by the company
  • Respect and know how to implement the priorities of the company (products/strategy) and those markets covered
  • Develop and follow-up all opportunities by being able to build a balance between different product lines to sell and to manage an efficient sales collaboration with product specialists
  • Build a consultative relationship and become a trusted advisor with our customers by using a structured commercial approach based on the accumulation of information
  • Position SPT solutions in relation to end-user’s workflows and explain above all the benefits of the proposed solutions
  • Have a perfect command of the products and services programs and know how to propose a global solution by cross selling our product range
  • Ensure that application knowledge is maintained at an optimal level by relying on the support functions (training, binomial tour, e-learning)
  • Be responsible for CRM data and management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in selling automated Sample Management/Lab automation technologies in the Western portion of the United States market
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the Western portion of the United States
  • Familiarity with using CRM as a central sales tool
  • Established network across the Western portion of the United States
  • Proven success and ability to develop business
  • Ability to conduct presentations or complex demonstrations in front of varying audiences
  • Autonomy, team spirit, and remote work capabilities
