Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of solution sales experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a professional services environment
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including co-sell motions, partner alignment, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong industry knowledge across key verticals such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, or healthcare
- Exceptional ability to identify white space opportunities and create tailored solution plays
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) within Hitachi’s professional services portfolio
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and close white space opportunities in target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystem to align on sales strategies and co-sell opportunities
- Leverage Microsoft’s resources and solutions to create value for customers and expand Hitachi’s market presence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions to address challenges and drive growth
- Collaborate with Hitachi account executives to provide solution plays, technical expertise, and assistance in achieving customer success
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer pain points, and opportunities within the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem
- Utilize industry knowledge to craft compelling solution offerings that resonate with customers
- Work closely with Hitachi’s delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for customers
- Contribute to practice growth by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices with the broader sales team
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for customer success
