Sales Team Leader

Summary

Join Career Renew's client as a remote Sales Team Leader (Peripheral Intervention) based in the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for the PI portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, reporting to the Business Unit Director. This role involves implementing growth strategies, managing relationships with existing and new accounts, analyzing customer data, leading sales teams, monitoring industry trends, negotiating contracts, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Peripheral Intervention business unit offers medical products and services for various diseases. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in direct management sales team in hospital market
• English and Czech
• Minimum five years of experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Sales experience in medical devices

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies for business growth through new customer acquisition and account penetration
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and develop new ones
• Analyze customer data to find opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Lead sales teams to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to stay ahead of the competition
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
