Requirements

• 4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM features and best practices
• Technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integration management
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Proficiency creating flows to solve complex business problems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data management and integration tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Improve our existing Salesforce instance and oversee ongoing performance, maintenance, user management, customization and improvements of the environment, ensuring a smooth integration with other systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business processes
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Work with business partners to develop automations using Flow Builder to improve productivity
• Provide consulting and coaching on Salesforce best practices to improve user experience and efficiency
• Resolve project issues, ensuring the delivery of business solutions
• Document processes and ensure compliance with best practices
• Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and other projects as needed
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their potential impact on our organization
