Join OpenSpace as a Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of the Revenue Operations tech stack, primarily focusing on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and dedicated to operational excellence across various functions. This hands-on, remote position demands strong Salesforce administration skills, a focus on process improvement, and cross-functional alignment. You will administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce and related tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will also develop reports and dashboards, design automation, and partner with various teams to support quoting, pricing, and opportunity lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a Sales, Sales Ops or Revenue Ops
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration best practices, system design, and data governance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues
- Ability to understand and contribute to sales strategy, operational planning, and performance optimization
- Strong business acumen with the curiosity and initiative to learn about sales metrics, planning, and compensation design
- Excellent documentation and communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce and related GTM tools (e.g., CPQ, Clari, integrations)
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all key objects and support Salesforce as the single source of truth
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, and territory performance
- Design and manage automation, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and processes to improve data quality and rep productivity
- Partner with Sales Operations and Deal Desk to support quoting, pricing updates, and opportunity lifecycle management
- Collaborate with RevOps leadership and stakeholders to scope and implement scalable system improvements
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, process flows, and architecture for continuity and audit readiness
- Support territory management, user access, role hierarchies, and compensation system updates
- Balance day-to-day Salesforce administration with strategic contributions to broader Sales Operations initiatives
- Support ongoing improvements to territory planning, compensation modeling, and forecasting workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is highly preferred
- Interest in expanding beyond Salesforce administration into a broader Sales Operations career path
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Clari, Pardot, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus
