Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processesand translate them into technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality data integrity by importing, updating, and cleaning records while removing duplicates and outdated entries
  • Create and maintain data validation rules to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to align with business workflows
  • Develop and optimize automation using Flow, Workflows, and Process Builder to streamline the sales cycle, from lead capture to opportunity closure
  • Manage user access by assigning roles, profiles, and permission sets. Set up field-level security, role hierarchies, and sharing rules to ensure proper data segmentation and compliance
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor system performance and make data-driven recommendations to enhance business operations
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues
  • Provide end-user training, create documentation, and serve as a liaison between business teams and Salesforce developers
  • Troubleshoot issues, drive adoption, and stay updated with Salesforce releases to apply relevant updates
  • Support the billing process within Salesforce, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between departments, understand their needs, and translate them into Salesforce solutions
