Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processesand translate them into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality data integrity by importing, updating, and cleaning records while removing duplicates and outdated entries
- Create and maintain data validation rules to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to align with business workflows
- Develop and optimize automation using Flow, Workflows, and Process Builder to streamline the sales cycle, from lead capture to opportunity closure
- Manage user access by assigning roles, profiles, and permission sets. Set up field-level security, role hierarchies, and sharing rules to ensure proper data segmentation and compliance
- Build custom reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
- Monitor system performance and make data-driven recommendations to enhance business operations
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues
- Provide end-user training, create documentation, and serve as a liaison between business teams and Salesforce developers
- Troubleshoot issues, drive adoption, and stay updated with Salesforce releases to apply relevant updates
- Support the billing process within Salesforce, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
- Other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between departments, understand their needs, and translate them into Salesforce solutions
