Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
- Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Salesforce admin and advanced admin certifications
- Minimum of 5 experience as a salesforce admin, with a strong focus on DevOps
- Proven expertise in using Copado or a similar tool for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline setup and management. Copado Fundamentals certifications highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, environment management, and deployment methodologies
- Proficient in tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility
- Extensively work with Copado to set up, configure, and manage deployment pipelines for Salesforce
- Collaborate with the development team daily to ensure smooth deployments and releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments, merge conflicts, and environment synchronization
- Lead and guide best practices around Salesforce DevOps, ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Leverage Copado to automate repetitive tasks, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort (e.g., Copado Data Deploy, Copado Robotic Testing)
- Regularly review and clean metadata in Salesforce environments
- Keep track of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities
- Assist in training and guiding other team members on best practices related to Salesforce deployments
