Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration with a proven track record of successful projects and implementations
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning
- Proficiency in managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Strong expertise in flow automation and validation rules
- Experience with data management tools and ensuring data integrity
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis
- Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Responsibilities
- Help in overseeing the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Create flow automation for tasks, alerts, field updates, etc
- Assist with the management and creation of user roles, profiles, permissions, role hierarchies, public groups, security controls, and shared settings
- Consistently review current processes and configurations, and suggest improvements to continuously achieve sustainability
- Maintain technical design documentation based on functional and stakeholdersβ requirements
- Work with stakeholders and various teams to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform to ultimately enhance end user productivity and efficiency
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS industry experience
- Salesforce Developer Certification
- CPQ Experience
