Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field such as neuro-rehabilitation, neuroscience, or a related discipline
  • Clinical experience and expertise in neuro-rehabilitation and cognitive assessments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various communication styles and cognitive abilities
  • Proficiency in telehealth and remote assessment technologies
  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Remote Screenings: Perform remote assessments and screenings for individuals with a variety cognitive abilities, ensuring the use of appropriate assessment tools and techniques
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in neuro-rehabilitation to accurately screen for whether one is appropriate for using Neurolutions devices
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with individuals possessing a wide range of cognitive abilities, ensuring clarity, patience, and empathy in all interactions
  • Manage scheduling of remote screenings, to include logistics of screening equipment
  • Must be able to ship and receive screening equipment, and manage customer scheduling
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team internally and with customers
  • Analyze assessment data to identify trends, patterns, and progress in clients' cognitive and neurological functioning
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and assessments, ensuring confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy
