Join Lula's Business Development Team as a highly motivated individual to gain experience in the FinTech industry. You will be exposed to various opportunities and processes, working closely with the Lulapay Team to develop, implement, and manage an end-to-end sales process.

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within complex tech sales
• Ability to conduct successful industry and market research
• Experience in generating leads through manual and automated means
• Proof of successful track record of cold calling and various other outreach methods
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Lulapay product and operational processes
• Investigate and pinpoint key industries and markets suitable for targeting
• Establish and manage a continuous flow of potential leads
• Initiate outreach efforts through cold calling, emailing, and networking to effectively recruit and onboard partners
• Cultivate strong relationships to foster growth with each partner
• Deliver regular feedback internally to support ongoing enhancement of the Lulapay product
