Summary

The job is for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental software company. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, communicating the value of Lodgify to potential customers, and working closely with the sales team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish are essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence
• A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers

Responsibilities

• Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email
• Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs
• Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution
• Generate, qualify, and review new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers
• Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently
• Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision
• Participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations and processes, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance team performance
• Actively exchange ideas and communicate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved sales performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages, such as French
• Previous experience working in a startup environment
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools is required
