Summary
Join Donorbox as the SDR Manager and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives. You will oversee daily activities, build and optimize the sales pipeline, and ensure success through detailed planning and performance measurement. This role involves both outbound and inbound responsibilities, including defining ideal leads, crafting messaging, and converting leads into opportunities. Success is measured by the number of demos booked by your team. You'll manage a team of four SDRs with opportunities for expansion. This is a fully remote role based in the US (ET timezone), with potential future in-office transition and frequent travel for sales activities. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience as an SDR Manager, with additional 4+ years as an SDR in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated expertise in outbound strategy, with a track record of successfully building pipelines and driving results through outbound efforts
- Experience leading teams to convert both outbound and inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, SmartLeads, Sendspark, Canva)
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and demo booking goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a growing team of SDRs, ensuring their success in achieving individual and team KPIs
- Define ideal customer profiles and refine target lead lists for outbound efforts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective outbound messaging strategies
- Monitor SDR activities, including outreach volume, conversion rates, and demo bookings, using data-driven insights to optimize performance
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities for team members
- Create scalable processes and systems to support SDR growth and efficiency
- Report on SDR team performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with broader sales goals
- Hiring, onboarding, and training new SDRs as the team expands
