Summary
Join Coalition as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients for our expanding cybersecurity solutions. This fully remote contractor position offers flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact. You will initiate contact with potential clients, schedule product demonstrations, gather prospect insights, maintain CRM records, and analyze outreach strategies. The role requires strong communication and CRM skills, and the ability to meet performance targets. Compensation is competitive and based on location, with a range of $60-$70/hr. Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone (up to 40 calls daily), email, and social media to introduce Coalition’s cybersecurity solutions and schedule product demonstrations
- Serve as the first point of human outreach, addressing initial prospect questions about Coalition’s product offerings and capabilities
- Use a multi-channel outreach strategy, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and nurture sequences, to maximize engagement
- Conduct timely follow-ups to confirm demo appointments, resolve inquiries, and maintain prospect engagement
- Record detailed notes from prospect interactions, capturing business challenges, decision-making criteria, objections, and competitive insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all outreach activities and prospect insights
- Analyze patterns in prospect feedback and market needs to inform and improve outreach strategies and messaging
- Provide meaningful insights to sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize campaigns and enhance lead targeting
- Ensure CRM data integrity by regularly updating prospect records, removing duplicates, and verifying information accuracy
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including scheduled demos and lead conversions into the sales pipeline

- The US base salary for this position ranges from $60/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $70/hr in our highest geographic market
