Summary

Join Niche as an experienced marketing professional skilled in ABM and Field Marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will lead the development of 1:1 and 1:Few marketing strategies and programs, building Niche's reputation with partners. This highly visible role involves collaborating with the revenue organization, designing and executing ABM strategies, managing targeted campaigns, planning events, and leveraging data-driven insights. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on ABM strategies and field marketing, preferably in technology-focused or B2B/SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing and GTM strategies at scale, working in high-growth companies
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies with account goals and pipeline generation
  • Proficiency in ABM platforms and tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • A data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills, translating insights into strategic actions that drive business performance

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel ABM strategies to engage and expand our footprint in key accounts
  • Develop targeted campaigns leveraging personalized content, digital advertising, email, events, and offline channels to deliver account-specific engagement
  • Plan and execute repeatable local and virtual events targeted at key accounts, supporting customer acquisition and expansion
  • Partner closely with Revenue leadership and account executives to align on goals, define account plans, and ensure seamless execution of ABM initiatives
  • Use data and analytics to segment accounts, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies for higher ROI
  • Leverage ABM and MarTech tools like [6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms] to manage account insights and campaign performance
  • Work with content teams to create highly tailored assets, such as case studies, one-pagers, and personalized landing pages, for each account across all distribution channels
