Summary

Join Coupa as a Senior Marketing Manager for Southern Europe and own the marketing strategy and implementation for Spain, Portugal, and Italy. This remote-first role requires strategic planning and hands-on execution, from managing tradeshows to developing ABM campaigns. You will design and deliver impactful marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and establish Coupa as a leading spend management platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with fluency in Spanish and Italian, a deep understanding of the Southern European market, and experience in field marketing, ABM, or demand generation within B2B enterprise software/SaaS. Requirements

  • Experience in field marketing, ABM, or demand generation within B2B enterprise software/SaaS, with a strong record of driving pipeline and revenue
  • Proficiency with MarTech tools, including Salesforce (CRM), Marketo (marketing automation), 6sense (ABM platforms), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Outreach (sales engagement), and Sendoso (direct mail)
  • Fluency in Spanish and Italian
  • In-depth understanding of marketing strategies for Southern Europe, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and customer preferences
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Highly proactive and able to work independently to deliver results in a remote-first environment
  • Ability to balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution, ensuring marketing programs are impactful and aligned with regional goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Fully own Coupa’s marketing strategy for Spain, Portugal, and Italy, taking initiative to identify opportunities and drive results independently while ensuring alignment with EMEA-wide goals
  • Lead 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs to engage key accounts and drive pipeline, with messaging tailored to customer personas and buying stages
  • Plan and execute high-impact events, including tradeshows, hosted events, and intimate networking opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with sales leadership and teams, proactively providing support and insights to align strategies with revenue objectives
  • Partner with EMEA and global teams, including customer marketing, alliances, and product marketing, to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
  • Use analytics and data to own campaign performance measurement and optimize ROI, consistently refining strategies to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute integrated marketing programs that expand Coupa’s reach in the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Channel marketing experience
