Requirements
- Experience in an Account Executive or Originations role in mortgage lending
- DSCR / Non-QM highly preferred, Hard Money experience a plus
- Extensive network of relationships with mortgage brokers
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Loan and Real Estate Investing Concepts
- HubSpot or Comparable CRM Software Experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers through exceptional communication and responsiveness
- Represent Easy Street Capital at industry conferences, meetups and digital platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Serve as a liaison between mortgage brokers and the operations team and internal management
- Daily updating and input in the company CRM, logging all contacts and quoted deals, maintaining up-to-date information
